Eric Arnett agreed to a $1.2 million signing bonus, as recommended by Major League Baseball, and was introduced to reporters Sunday morning. The focus of his news conference was how quickly the Brewers, Arnett and agent Joe Speed finalized the deal, not even a week after the draft.
